Remember when Ted Talks were big? They’re still kind of big, just not as “buzzy” as they once were. But anyway, they would always give me a dose of inspiration I craved from credible individuals. Allowed me to get inside their heads and gain something from their point of views.

Ted Talks They encouraged me to find what steps I could take to help make the world a better place, to acknowledge the human condition, and to maintain a positive attitude. Here are my favorites.

First…

I love this one because it shows the power of perception. She’s a model, but not typical of what you would expect from one.

Susan Cain is such a powerful speaker- it gives me chills. When you’re interacting with introverts: listen to them. What they say is well thought out. If you’re an introvert, you should check out her book: The Power of Introverts.

This Ted Talk may be my favorite. It’s about finding the root cause of issues to make a social impact. If you’re solving a problem with the wrong root cause, you’ll likely not get the desired results.

This one straight up makes me bawl. “If I should have a Daughter” teaches women to be fearless and strong. Her poetry is amazing. It kind of reminds me of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s exert in Beyonce’s “Flawless”.

What are your favorite Ted Talks? Where else do you find inspiration online?
